We offer a straightforward payment schedule to help you budget for your wedding.
- Booking Retainer: A non-refundable retainer fee of $2,000 is required, along with a signed contract, to officially reserve your date.
- Payment Installments: The remaining balance is typically split into 2-3 installment payments, with the final payment due 60 days before your event date.
- Security Deposit: Yes, a separate, refundable Security Deposit of $1,500 is required. This deposit covers potential damages or excessive cleaning and is typically returned within 14 business days after your event, provided no issues occurred.
To ensure compliance with local laws and guarantee safety, all alcohol service must be managed professionally.
- Required Service: All alcohol service must be provided by a licensed and insured third-party bar service/vendor. This vendor is responsible for all pouring, serving, and liability.
- No BYOB: We do not permit 'Bring Your Own Beverage' (BYOB) due to state and local licensing and liability regulations.
- The Benefit: Using a licensed vendor ensures that all bartenders are trained in responsible alcohol service, keeping all of your guests safe throughout the evening.
Our standard rental package includes ample time for setup, celebration, and cleanup.
- Standard Rental Duration: Our typical rental is for 14 hours, beginning at 8 AM for vendor access and ending at 11 PM.
- Guest Departure: All music must conclude and all guests must depart the premises by 10 PM to comply with local noise ordinances.
- Vendor Cleanup: Vendors are typically allowed an additional 1 hour after guest departure for final breakdown and cleanup.
Our venue can comfortably accommodate a variety of wedding sizes. When you request a quote, let us know your estimated guest count so we can confirm the best layout options for your group size.
- Required Caterer: We have a curated list of preferred caterers who are familiar with our venue, kitchen facilities, and service standards. To ensure a smooth and high-quality experience, we prefer you choose a catering service from this list. If you would like to select one that is not on the list, please note all vendors must be licensed and insured.
- Why a List? Our preferred partners are fully licensed, insured, and have a proven track record of excellent service here, minimizing risk and stress on your big day.
- Exceptions: We may allow outside specialty vendors (e.g., specific cake bakers or late-night snack trucks) upon approval and verification of their license and insurance.
